We are based in Co. Antrim and work primarily in the Greater Belfast and Mid-Ulster area. The company has striven to build an enviable reputation and we focus on understanding the needs of the client and delivering results in a professional manner.

Philip McElhone Construction undertakes projects of all size, from a kitchen extension to a complete new build. We specialise in new build construction, shop-fitting, commercial re-fits, loft conversions, extensions, alterations and refurbishments, and structural and remedial works.

As an independant building contractor we specialise in providing the complete package from concept to completion. The company has close links with various architects, plannigng consultants, chartered valuation surveyers and other professional bodies to provide the complete service.

Philip McElhone Construction is accredited with being a member of the NHBC (National House-Building Council), BGS (Builders Guarnatee Scheme) and Constructionline. We have also achieved the rigorous health and safety standards outlined by Safe T Cert the Buildsafe Northern Ireland Initiative and are committed to safe working practices.
